Tree Climber

Qualifications:

• • 6 months prior tree climbing experience
• • Arborist certification preferred

Primary Job Duties:

• • Climb, trim, and prune trees
• • Inspect trees for illness, pests, and structural issues
• • Communicate with clients

Ground Crew

Qualifications:

• • Valid driver’s license

Primary Job Duties:

• • Assist climbers and crew on tree care projects
• • Use chainsaw, chipper, hedge trimmers, and other tools to care for trees
• • Maintain equipment and vehicles

Arborist Sales Professional

Qualifications:

• • 2-4 years of related experience and/or training
• • ISA Certified Arborist credential or ISA Certified Risk Assessor (or ability to obtain it)
• • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

Primary Job Duties:

• • Maintain positive relationships with clients
• • Evaluate clients’ needs and provide proposals
• • Ensure that work is performed according to the client's requirements
• • Prepare reports
