Dylan Saito
Born and raised in Hawaii, it wasn’t hard for Dylan to grow up with a love for nature. He has always had an internal drive to reach the top, what a better way than to be an arborist. By starting his career at the bottom as a grounds crew, he is now a field operations supervisor and completing his studies to become a certified arborist. Being out in the urban forests, mountains and coasts is invigorating; everyday is different.

Dylan has been with Oregon Tree Care since it’s inception. He has seen this company grown from just two. His drive to stay in the industry stems from his simple approach: “I am thankful to be part of something that can literally change the landscape for the future. Green trees = Greener life.”

Noble Salminen
Born in the northwoods of Minnesota, Noble earned a Bachelors Degree in Biology. He moved to Oregon in 2005 and began a career in arboriculture in 2007. He is an avid rock climber, snowboarder and adventurer. Why he chose arboriculture for a career – “Long ago the United States was covered completely in old growth forests. These forests were separated by prairies, deserts, fields and rivers. Here we are, centuries later our cities spread far and wide and have thus reduced the forests. The Northwest provides an opportunity to live within an urban forest. I enjoy the ability to care for this new forest and I continue to learn about it’s intricacies.”
Blair Brown
The outdoors is where Blair is most comfortable. He enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, rock climbing and the overall outdoors. Why he chose arboriculture for a career – “Working with trees allows me to experience nature. It is very exciting to be in a job where everyday leaves me energized to come back for more.”
